The brief was to transform a somewhat dated looking chalet bungalow on Desmesne Road, Holywood into a des-res for our discerning client.
The building was stripped out and more contemporary dormer windows introduced front and back to make the first floor accommodation more functional. New kitchen and bathrooms were fitted and the glazing replaced forming a new entrance and french doors to the rear. A new staircase and some innovation use of space throughout has transformed this property.
External hard landscaping, pillars, gates and a new driveway complimented the building works.
