Traditional facing brick and block cavity wall construction was to compliment a slate roof, aluminium windows and entrance doors including a set of lift and slide patio doors. Extensive hard and soft landscaping surrounding the property completed the brief. Bespoke sanitaryware, internal timber doors and material selections met with the clients very specific demands.
The contemporary kitchen was created working closely with the kitchen designer and included floating bulkhead over the kitchen island with LED strip lighting and concealed extractor fan. Studwork was formed to house the rest of the kitchen.
A Vent axia mechanical heat recover system was designed and fitted to provide added health benefits. High performance thermal installation insulation were used in the walls, floors and roof. The ground floor was installed with underfloor heating. High efficiency mains gas system boiler was specified along with water storage and energy efficient LED fittings have been fitted throughout.
